HOW IT WORKS
01 — TELL US ABOUT YOUR EVENT
Fill out the booking form with your event date, location, guest count, and a little about your vision.
02 — SECURE YOUR DATE
Pay your $150 deposit to reserve your Founders’ Experience. Your deposit is applied toward the $545 total.
03 — SIGN OUR AGREEMENT
We’ll send over your Agreement of Services to review and sign. This officially gets all the important details in place.
04 — MAKE IT YOURS
We’ll connect with you about your theme, colors, music, décor, and any special details you have in mind. This is where we make it feel like your Photo Finish experience.
📍 A quick note about your venue: Your event location must allow Photo Finish to arrive and operate on-site and have adequate space and access for our trailer. We’ll help confirm the details with you before your event.
Founders’ Experience bookings are available for events within 75 miles of Bloomington-Normal, Illinois.
05 — WE’LL ROLL UP
On event day, we bring the trailer, set everything up, and get the party started. 🎉
06 — ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE & HAVE FUN
Grab your people, strike a pose, and make some memories. 📸
07 — BALANCE
Your remaining $395 balance will be invoiced separately and is due 15 days prior to your event, as outlined in your Agreement for Services.
